Locally sourced qualified trades people,
directly employed, driving liveried vans and wearing branded
work wear and ID badges with photographs. Most are multi-skilled
allowing efficient completion of tasks. |

Vans are equipped with impress stock to enable
work to be completed on first visit. Local suppliers are used
where possible. Sub-contractors must embrace Quadron’s
policies and standards as their own. |

Good client communication, often via on-line
systems for job initiation, progression and completion, coupled
to audio/mobile phones for tradesmen. |

Integrated system for job control, contract
cost jobing and more providing up-to-date management information
on jobs and work in progress. |
