Partnering – Buzz word or promise

Quadron delivers the promise

The partnering situation has shaken the construction industry to its roots. A number of experts, through well-known publications, have stated that partnering is not a buzz-word. This shows, perhaps, that the industry thought that it was. It does seem that partnering is used to pay lip-service rather than delivering the promise on occasions as too often companies fail to meet the specified standards.

We’ve believed in partnering for a long time but it is now in a format that people can trust and relate to.

Gary O’Hagan, Commercial Director explains. “As a privately owned company we have been able to steer our operations into areas in which we want to work and with customers who share the same ethos – in short, the mutual objective of “partnering”. We have been informally partnering for a number of years.

In fact, the success of our business has been based on the personal client relationships built up over the years. This is borne out by the fact that a large percentage of our contracts are second-generation gains or long term extensions.

It is our belief that people make partnerships and the trust and honesty built up between them will always be the key ingredient for any successful relationship.

“We are totally committed to partnering and best value and believe that our operational model has put us in a strong position to build upon recent successes”.
