| Join us, not just for
a job, but for a long-term career.
Quadron recognises that a stable
workforce adds value to our business. Of course, this is underpinned
by knowledge of our client base, systems and procedures. We want
to hold on to our people. We do this through carefully considered
job role design, recruitment and selection strategies and alignment
of personal career aspirations with our business plan. It's about
fitting what you want and what we need together.
Encouragement and support is available to all employees to assist
them in fulfilling their full workplace potential. This includes
apprenticeships and traineeships; regular personal performance
review; and supported development plans, including NVQ accreditation
of workplace learning where this is appropriate. These strategies,
together with a strong history of internal promotion provide an
enviable career path for those who work with us.
Whilst Quadron prides itself on the way it manages
internal career development, it is acknowledged that we have a
social responsibility to address the issues of skills shortages
within our industry. We actively participate in a range of working
groups whose aim is to raise the level of skill and knowledge across
a broad spectrum of career paths. These activities include participation
in training and skills development groups funded by the Learning
and Skills Council; representation on local college governing bodies
and programme development committees; and partnerships with local
schools, colleges and job centres to provide work placement schemes
for young people and those who have been long term unemployed.
