Policy statement

A shortage of skilled tradesman within the building industry is causing major concern for most companies and is a problem that Quadron has attempted to address.

Over the last twelve months the company has invested in eleven apprentices covering all trades. This has been achieved in conjunction with nationally recognised training agencies and local colleges and is proving to be very successful.
