Quadron defines training and development as the
acquisition, refreshment and development of the skills, knowledge
and attitudes necessary for staff to provide the high standard of
service expected by the company and its clients.
Policy statement
The company is committed to the provision and
support of training and development interventions that will enable
staff to feel valued; and to develop and contribute to organisational
development. The underpinning philosophy of the company is that
a skilled and valued workforce is better equipped at both individual
and team level to fulfil the objectives of the company.
Quadron strives for high standards of service
provision to its clients. Therefore, the focus of company training
and development activity will be on the phased professional development
at all levels of the organisation.
The company acknowledges that achievement of its
training and development objectives must address issues of positive
development of equal opportunities. Therefore, access to training
and development programmes, including financial support programmes,
will take due account of the company’s policy on equal opportunities

In adopting this policy, the aim of Quadron
