saw North Somerset Council take up residence at its Weston super
Mare offices for 2 weeks during August. NSC's property services
was having a new computer system installed and so that the
repair hotline could could remain open, the phone lines were
switched to Quadron's head office. Their staff used our Uniclass
system and all involved in the venture proclaimed it a success.
"It worked tremendously well. Nobody outside
the organisation would have noticed any difference - except perhaps
an improvement in the quality of information. It was seamless"
