This division deals with specialized FM customers such as Marks & Spencer Lidl, Somerfield Kwik Save, Pizza Hut, Co-op,Brittania and Edinburgh Woollen Mill besides property managing agents for retail parks. Our service is tailored to our customer’s needs and can be fast-tracked to minimize business disruption.

The Retail division has two prime areas of responsibility

Response maintenance, minor works and facilities management services.
Major project works, refurbishment and project management.
