Quadron has an extensive portfolio of public and social housing contracts throughout the country. Our relationships with these organizations have usually been developed over many years and reflect a partnering approach whether or not recognized by an “official” partnering agreement.

We believe in open, honest relationships, with capped profit margins and a flexible approach allowing systems to develop and evolve. We regularly monitor standards of customer satisfaction and work closely with the authority’s representatives and Tenant Forums in order to provide the best possible service.

Most recent business wins include a 5-year partnering agreement with Bournemouth Borough Council for programmed works, some response maintenance and electrical installations.
